975X AC97 VISTA DRIVER DOWNLOAD

I checked the headphones and there is sound but no sound from the inbuilt speakers. Thank you for your interest in this question. It is free http: Tried loads of different sound drivers. Nope I don't have a vista driver, been running XP on this machine all the while.

Thursday, December 27, After reading all the above possible solutions, 975c simple deleted the driver which was then automatically reinstalled and hey presto I now have sound through my headphones. I have an Inspiron and 795x do not work despite installation of latest SigmaTel driver. There ad97 no need to uninstall the SigmaTel driver.
